How to subscribe to a plan

This tutorial shows you how to choose and subscribe to a CueWee plan — Starter, Pro, or Pro Plus.

Before you start

  • You need an account. If you don’t have one yet, go to studio.cuewee.app and create yours (every new account gets 5 free songs in Starter mode).
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept credit cards in BRL (R$) and USD (US$).

Step by step

1. Open the Plans page

Sign in to the app and click Plans in the header (or open studio.cuewee.app/subscription directly).

At the top, you’ll see your current plan’s status bar:

  • Current Plan — Trial, Starter, Pro, or Pro Plus
  • Songs available — how many songs you can still process this month
  • Renews on — the date of the next charge
  • Manage Subscription — shortcut to the Stripe portal (update card, cancel, etc.)

2. Compare the plans

The three available plans appear side by side:

  • Starter — R$ 19/month — 20 songs/month, 5 base instruments
  • Pro — R$ 39/month — 50 songs/month, all instruments, sharing with 5 users, Extend Stems
  • Pro Plus — R$ 99/month — 150 songs/month, all instruments, sharing with 15 users, Extend Stems, priority processing

Each card shows the feature list with ✓ (included) or ✗ (not included). See full details in Plans and Usage.

3. Click "Change Plan"

On the card of the plan you want to subscribe to, click Change Plan (or Choose Plan for a first-time subscription).

The checkout panel opens to the side, with the plan summary and the Stripe form.

4. Fill in your payment details

  • Name on the card
  • Card number, expiration date, and CVV
  • Billing address (when requested)

Check the plan price and click Confirm payment.

5. Confirmation

After payment is approved, the status bar at the top of the page updates automatically:

  • The badge switches to Active
  • The new plan name is shown in the spotlight
  • Songs/month and sharing limits are updated immediately

You can now start processing songs on your new plan.

Change or cancel later

You can return to the Plans page any time:

  • Upgrade (e.g., Starter → Pro): click Change Plan on the desired card. The difference is charged proportionally.
  • Downgrade (e.g., Pro → Starter): click Change Plan on the smaller card. The change takes effect at the next cycle.
  • Cancel: click Manage SubscriptionCancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current cycle.

Payment problems?

  • Check that your card has available credit and is enabled for international purchases (if you’re paying in USD).
  • If the charge fails, you’ll receive an email and the app will show a notice. Access may be suspended until you bring payment up to date.
  • If you need help, write to contact@cuewee.app before opening a dispute with your bank — that way we can resolve it faster.
