Plans and usage
CueWee keeps it simple: pick a plan, process your songs, and everything that comes after (playing, exporting, sharing, and extending stems) is included. Each plan has a high monthly processing limit per account, set to keep our servers responsive for everyone and described in our Fair Use Policy.
How it works
- Process as many songs as you need for normal, personal use.
- Exporting, downloading, and sharing your songs is included.
- Extending stems is included with Pro. Each extension counts as one processing job under the Fair Use Policy, the same as a new song.
- Click track and voice guide are always generated automatically for every song.
- Heavy, bulk, or commercial use is not part of normal personal use. See the Fair Use Policy.
Free trial
When you create a new account, you get 5 free songs to try the platform. We don't ask for a credit card for the trial. The trial is a one time allocation, not a monthly one.

The monthly figure is a processing limit per account, set to protect the queue everyone shares, and it is described in the Fair Use Policy. Your plan's storage is a separate limit.

All paid plans include:

Free accounts can export up to 1 minute per song. A paid subscription unlocks full length exports.
Starter
Perfect for solo musicians who want to rehearse with click and guide. Includes the 5 base instruments: vocals, drums, bass, guitars, and piano.
Pro
Ideal for bands and worship leaders. Unlocks:
- All available instruments for separation (choirs, percussion, synthesizers, winds, strings, and more)
- Sharing with up to 20 members per song or playlist
- Extend Stems to add more instruments to songs you have already processed
- Import your own tracks when a song is already separated, and add single tracks to songs you already have
Storage
Every plan includes cloud storage for your songs:

A separated song takes about 75 MB, so 10 GB is roughly 130 songs and 50 GB roughly 660. Tracks you upload yourself take the size of your files, and WAV files weigh far more than our compressed tracks. The upload page offers to compress them for you.
Once you reach the limit, you cannot upload or process anything else until you free up space by deleting songs you no longer need. Your used space is shown in the app sidebar.
Currency and payment
Prices are shown in US$ (USD), € (EUR), or R$ (BRL). CueWee detects your currency automatically from your location, and you can change it from the currency selector in the top bar.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay by credit card in any currency. In Brazil you can also pay with PIX or Boleto. See How to subscribe to a plan.
Billing cadence
You can pay monthly or yearly, and you can switch between them at any time on the Plans page.
The yearly price is twelve months of the plan with 2 months free applied automatically, so a year costs the same as ten months. The discount is applied at checkout without a coupon code, and it applies again on every yearly renewal, not only the first year.
Switching cadence works like any other plan change:
- Monthly to yearly takes effect immediately. You are charged the yearly price minus credit for the time you already paid for.
- Yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you already paid for. You keep your current plan until then.
The monthly processing limit is unchanged on a yearly plan. Paying for a year does not release twelve months of songs at once: the limit still resets at the start of each calendar month, as described in the Fair Use Policy.
About the instruments
The Pro plan has access to all instruments available on the platform. The instrument list may be updated. We may add new separation models or remove rarely used models at CueWee's discretion.
Important: songs that have already been processed keep the instruments they were processed with. Changes to the available instrument list only affect future processing.
How much can I process?
Starter and Pro: a high monthly processing limit per account (Starter 200, Pro 500), set to protect the queue. The Fair Use Policy explains how it works.
Almost nobody comes close to that limit. A busy month for most members lands far below it.
It exists so that one very large batch cannot overload our servers and slow processing down for everyone else, and we keep working to expand that capacity.
Very heavy, bulk, or commercial use is not covered by normal personal use. It is handled under our Fair Use Policy, which compares usage to typical members and, in rare cases of excess use, may lead to limits on your account after we reach out to you first.
Cancellation and renewal
- Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle, monthly or yearly depending on the cadence you chose.
- For PIX renewals in Brazil, there is no automatic debit. On each renewal date, monthly or yearly, a new PIX charge is created with a new QR code and copy paste code, and your subscription stays in Payment Pending until that payment clears. Open the Plans page in the app to view or copy the current code again. If it expires, generate a new PIX there. If it is not paid within 3 days, that pending renewal is canceled automatically.
- If you do not want the next PIX charge to be created, cancel before the renewal date in Manage Subscription.
- If a PIX renewal expires unpaid, there is no extra fee for that expired charge. If you subscribe again later, you only pay for the new cycle that starts then.
- You can cancel at any time inside the app, in Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
- After cancellation, your storage allowance returns to the free plan's immediately, so you will not be able to upload while your songs exceed it.
- Your separated tracks stay available for 30 days after cancellation. After that, if your account still holds more than the free allowance, they are removed to free the space, oldest songs first.
- The original file you uploaded for each song is always kept, along with its beats, sections and chords. Subscribe again and you can separate any song's tracks in one click, with no need to upload it again.
- To keep everything in place, keep your Subscription active.

Refunds and disputes
As a general rule, we do not guarantee refunds for fees already paid. Each case may be reviewed individually depending on the state of your billing cycle:
- Closed cycles: amounts paid for billing cycles that have already ended are not refunded, regardless of how much you used the Service during the period.
- Ongoing cycle: if the current cycle is still in progress, the review depends on your account usage within the cycle. Depending on the volume of songs processed and the time elapsed, a refund may be full, partial, or none, at CueWee's discretion.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund (duplicate charge, service failure, unresolved technical issue, or other exceptional situation), please contact contact@cuewee.app describing your situation. We review each request case by case.
⚠️ Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, talk to us first. We can resolve most situations directly.
If you choose to challenge a charge through external channels, a bank chargeback, a card issuer dispute, or any other path that does not go through our direct support, your account will be immediately banned and all data deleted right away, with no 30 day grace period.
